Crafted from a Japanese Eyelash polka-dot fabric

White Fringe Bias Gown silk and into a deep tourquoiseSubtle silver to charcoal shibori flows down this layered white silk double georgette gown and wrap. Emerging from the underlayer is a fringe, made of hundreds of yards of hand ombre dyed silk organza bias ribbon. The slightest movement or breeze creates a sublime fluttering at the base of the gown, and along the lower portions of the floor length wrap. This is a one of a kind piece of art to wear, the third and final piece in the fringe gown series.
