Holster is for a Smith & Wesson 4006 with bobbed hammer. This will fit the standard 4006 or TSW so long as hammer is bobbed. Hanger will fit a up to a 2 1 4" duty belt. Rear of holster has Velcro sewn to backside. Difficult holster to find and impossible to find in cordovan basketweave.
