With just some clouds in the sky the stars are visible as they begin to show their motion with this length of exposure

After noticing this for a little bit I set up my tripod to capture this with a long exposure

Over a course of a few days I came across many variations in the weather which made it fun to explore as well as photograph. This morning at Lake McDonald is was quite foggy which gave a different then the view quite common across the lake. Using the conditions I spent a good amount of time photographing from the shoreline and capturing the mood.
