The two trays combined from side to side have a LxW of 7"x7. 5". This 3 piece DIY kit set is perfect for making beautiful leather valet trays. We use 1" thick marine grade plywood. It is unlacquered and does not need to be lacquered due to the properties of the wood and glue type. We have used many molds hundreds of time for years with no issues! We
